About the creator
Hi – I'm Sara, a Multimedia Designer and Concept Developer from Denmark. Ephemeris is a personal project of mine: a small, simple tool built with a lot of care (and a lot of dragons, just because why not?😜).
Why Ephemeris exists
Most mood trackers and habit apps are built to keep you hooked— streaks you're scared of losing, mascots that guilt-trip you, notifications that nag. For a lot of neurodivergent people, myself included (I have autism and ADD), that pressure does more harm than the tracking does good.
Ephemeris is my attempt at the opposite: a field journal where inner states become dragons you spot and record, where missing a week costs you nothing, and where the only reward is understanding yourself a little better over time.
The craft
The app and this site are hand-built from scratch, and the dragons of the bestiary were illustrated with the help of AI tooling. Everything you log stays on your own device. You can read exactly how that works in the privacy policy.
